Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S.Case No.16 of 2018 dated 27.1.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happens to be Nanad and Dewar . The case is under Section 304(B) of the IPC.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and the mother-on-law and the father-in-law have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 13.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40674 of 2018.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9007 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. , who has posed the prayer for bail on the ground that smell of the k-oil was coming out from the place of occurrence. .
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJMVII, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S.Case No.16 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
