JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 561 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections341, 323, 332, 333, 307, 353, 279, 338, 379, 511, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the petitioner dash his tempo to the vehicle parked and trying to snatch pistol. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact dispute arose with respect to parking between the parties. He has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for more than two months.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7661 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judical Magiastrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P. S. Case No. 561 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
