Vide order dated 23.12.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.70387 of 2022, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order, but the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned court below and again filed anticipatory bail application. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
