In the present writ petition a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The grievance of the petitioner with regard to absorption has been redressed pursuant to the order dated 3.4.2013 of this Court passed in CWJC No. 10784 of 2003. The petitioner is aggrieved only with regard to non-consideration of his case for regularization with effect from the date of initial appointment and counting his past services for pensionary benefits.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20555 of 2016 dt.06-03-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in the facts of this case, submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the departmental authorities including the University for redressal of his grievance.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to absorption has been redressed, for regularization/nonconsideration of his case for counting past services for pensionary benefits, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities, who shall examine the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law including the decision of this Court in CWJC No. 10784 of 2003 dated 3.4.2013.
