2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for direction to the concerned Respondent to make payment of compensation for the land of petitioners acquired for installation of Nabinagar Power Generating Company Ltd. by following due procedure under the Land Acquision Act with statutory benefit.

3. The counter affidavit of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 duly signed by the Circle Officer, Barun, Aurangabad records the land as Gairmajarua malik land.

5. The counter affidavit was served on 23.01.2020 without any reply whatsoever.

7. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.
