This case has been listed under the heading to be mentioned at the instance of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of order passed by this Court on 4.7.2018 he has gone to deposit the money in B.S.F.C. But, he was advised to deposit the money in the Bhagalpur Central Cooperative Bank Limited.

In such circumstances, the order dated 4.7.18 is modified to the extent that petitioner will deposit the amount in the Bhagalpur Central Cooperative Bank Limited as advised by the B.S.F.C. and he will file receipt in the B.S.F.C. showing the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38640 of 2018(3) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 deposit of the amount in terms of the advise given by the B.S.F.C. In that event, the petitioner will be released on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 4.7.18. In such circumstances, two week's further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of this order to surrender before the Court below on same terms and conditions as mentioned under order dated 4.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38640 of 2018.
