This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The entire family has been implicated in the present case and the husband and wife are in custody since 28.07.2021. The assault did not take place with the help of any harmful weapon.

Considering the above fact, this regular bail application is allowed.
