Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 05.03.2014 in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 228 of 2011. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, on the basis of call details, it was detected that call was made on the call phone of the petitioner's father and apart from that it was found that the petitioner alongwith some others was seen loitering near the place of occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
