2. After going through the record, it transpires that the present petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of Mutation Case No.593 of 2022-2023 pending before respondent No.5, the Circle Officer, Munger Sadar.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 stating therein that a final decision in Mutation Case No. 593 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2297 of 2023(4) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 2022-23 has already been taken on 22.03.2023 and in that view of the matter, the writ petition has now become infructuous.

4. As such, the present petition stands disposed of having become infructuous.
