The accusation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant and his son with butt of rifle and Annexure-2 series reveal that both the injured sustained simple injury. So far as recovery of rifle is concerned; the same was produced before the police by private person. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner namedabove, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
