Patna High Court MJC No.405 of 2020(4) dt.10-04-2023 2/3 Learned counsel for the University submits that the case was taken up on 17.03.2023 and this Court had directed that if the payments are not made to the petitioner by 07.04.2023, then the Registrar of the University shall remain physically present before this Court on 10.04.2023. Learned counsel for the University next submits that all formalities have been completed and the due payments of the petitioners have already been sent to the treasury vide letter No. 54 dated 08.04.2023 for an amount of Rs. 6,48,194/-, Rs. 6,48,194/- and Rs. 6,48,194/- respectively.

Learned counsel next submits that though all formalities have been completed and the letter has been sent to the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur for making the payments but since the payment was not made till today, as such, the Registrar of the University is present. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submissions made by the learned counsel for the University. The Court expects that the Treasury Officer will not create any impediment in making payment to the petitioner.
