2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 75, 303(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner Gajendra Yadav caught hold the hair of the informant and started pulling her. It is further alleged that he snatched golden chain of the informant. The allegation against petitioner No. 2 Pujan Yadav is that he assaulted with gadasa on the head of the informant. He also assaulted the husband of the informant with

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as far as allegation against petitioner No. 1 is concerned the only allegation is that he has pulled the informant by catching her hair and snatched her golden chain. Allegation of assault is against Pujan Yadav. It has been submitted that the informant has received one grievous injury which is on his head. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that there is also a counter version of this case and petitioners are agnates. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since 04.10.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 533 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16173 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 3/3 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur.
