====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners killed the husband of the informant and disposed of the dead body in order to disappear the evidence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that entire prosecution case is false and concocted and these petitioners have been made accused only with a view to harass

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12343 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 them. As a matter of fact, the deceased was suffering from some heart disease and due to that he died. The cremation of the deceased was held in presence of the family members including the family members of the informant.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application and submitted that during course of investigation it has come that these petitioners along with other accused killed the husband of the informant and disposed of the dead body to disappear the evidence.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
