JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 09-122014 on the accusation that in huge quantity, stolen articles were recovered from his house.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody for near about one year but uptill now, his trial could not be concluded. It is further pointed out by him that co-accused Sonu Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail, particularly, in the circumstance, when he was, too, caught with petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four

No.52383 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 cases but taking note of his period of detention in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.
