2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner, who is Devar of the informant, is alleged to have attempted to commit rape.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. During course of investigation, several co-villagers, in their statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., have negated the allegation, as alleged in the F.I.R. Learned counsel further submits that admitted land dispute and illicit relationship between petitioner and informant were the bone of contention, leading to registration of present F.I.R.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the backdrop of the case and the relationship between the parties, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar (Aurangabad) in connection with G.R. No. 1418 of 2022, arising out of Haspura P.S. Case No. 378 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
