The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 443 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-a), 25(1-b), 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii), 29 and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol and 10 live cartridges were recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.09.2021. Investigation is complete.
