JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents to consider his case for absorption in terms of the decision of Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2010 disposed of vide order dated 21.04.2011, which was affirmed by the L.P.A. Court in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 vide order dated 11.08.2015. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2010 disposed of vide order dated 21.04.2011 and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.53 of 2018 (2) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 order passed in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 and take final decision within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is needless to state here that in view of the Litigation Policy of the State Government, the respondents will extend similar treatment to the petitioner, if the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2010 and L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011, similar treatment should be extended to this petitioner also.
