The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No.179 of 2012 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379, 290, 291, 270, 272 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

15 litres of spirit, punching machine, 50 pieces wrapper etc. were recovered from the bush said to have been kept by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 27.11.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16205 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.179 of 2012.
