2/3 27-07-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner for the post of Anganbari Sewika of Ward No. 9 (Centre-Sunny Kharanti) falling within the Gram Panchayat Raj Chanyan core of Tarriyan Block of Saran District by cancelling the appointment letter issued in favor of the private respondent no. 10 in view of the fact that the petitioner is having first position in the merit panel, prepared by the authorities and issued on 29.06.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Child Development Project Officer, Tariyaan, District-Saran, which has been sent by post on 08.01.2021, but no decision

3/3 has been taken till date.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Child Development Project Officer, Tariyaan at Saran within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the Child Development Project Officer, Tariyaan at Saran shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, after hearing all the concerned parties, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
