Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.06.2015 on the accusation that he failed to supply CMR to Corporation as per agreement but admittedly, petitioner supplied 5940 quintals CMR to the Corporation but failed to supply the remaining CMR and, therefore, at best, it is a case of breach of contract. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
