In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No.265 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and the informant are neighbours. The dispute is with respect to construction of stair, led to scuffle and assault. From the impugned order, it appears that nature of injury is simple.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on
