The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Pintu Kharwar @ Pintu Kumar and Kukua Kharwar. They were duly identified by the witnesses, but the petitioner was not put on test identification parade and charge sheet is submitted only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2014, the petitioner above named is

No.50704 of 2014 (3) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S.
