JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-08-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 420, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that Rs. 2,64,000/- are due to the petitioners.

No.22981 of 2021(11) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that a motorcycle worth Rs. 50,000/- has also been received by the informant from the petitioners and the payable amount is Rs. 1,50,000/- and he is ready to make the payment of Rs. 1,50,000/- within one week.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Saran, Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The bail bond of the petitioners shall be confirmed by the learned court below itself after making payment of Rs. 1,50,000/- by the petitioners in favour of the informant within one week of receipt of this order in the court below. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
