JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 15.11.2021, passed by the District Magistrate, Gaya, rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of 4 weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merits without the Appellate Authority being impeded by the issue of limitation and a
