In view of the submissions of the parties, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a comprehensive representation before the Director, Higher Education, Education Department, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) with respect to her claim, if any.

Needless to state that in the event, such representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent no.3 would dispose of her

Patna High Court CWJC No.17773 of 2017(4) dt.27-05-2020 2/2 representation by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation. If any amount is found to be due, the same as well as its arrears would be paid to the petitioner within a month thereafter. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
