ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b), a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering that while on bail the Petitioner was roaming around with the pistol on his person as also he has misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to grant him bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 250 of 2014 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City. The prayer for bail is rejected.
