2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 614 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 379 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per FIR, on 21.07.2023 in the evening the co-accused Vikrant Kumar Shukla called the husband of the informant and on this call her husband departed from his house by a Scorpio with three personal bodyguards and driver, in the same night, she got information that her husband killed in the house of co-accused Quasim Hassan @ Dollar along with his three bodyguards by the accused persons. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion and previous dispute. He submits that petitioner is not apprehended at the spot and similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Benches of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.79072 of 2023 and 71355 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2023
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-14th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 614 of 2023 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
