2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.11.2018 passed by the learned ACJM-VIII, Aurangabad in Complaint Case No. 585 of 2016.

3. The Complaint Case No. 585 of 2016 was filed by the petitioner stating that O.P. No. 02 being Circle Officer, had called the petitioner in his office for having physical relationship with her and when she refused, the opposite party no. 02 abused her and her family members and have also assaulted them and the opposite party no. 02 has also lodged a case against the petitioner and her family members.

4. Upon perusal of the records of the case, this Court finds no merit in this application and according this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order.
