Patna High Court CWJC No.3582 of 2025(4) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already submitted a representation ventilating his grievance (Annexure P/6) to the Respondent No. 5.

3. The Respondent No. 5 is directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. In case the Respondent No. 5 comes to conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is genuine he shall make necessary arrangements for payment of the dues to the petitioner. However, in case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner needs to be rejected, he shall pass the reasoned order giving reasons for such rejection.

4. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the party shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
