The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019 for offences under Sections 379,411 IPC, MM (D&R) Act, 1957, Section 21 and BMC (PFMTS) Rules 2019 Section 56 EP Act 1986 Section 15 later on charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 379/411 IPC BMMC Rule 1972 and Sections 3,6,8(d) of Bihar Mining Illegal Transportation and Storage Prevention Rule 2003 as well as Section 15 of Forest and Environment Act, 1986 and Sections 3⁄4 of Damage of Property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to annexure-3 submits that the petitioner has already

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka/Successor Court, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
