The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 183 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

298 litres of country made liquor, 51 litres of foreign liquor and 50 litres of spirit have been recovered from Singhna Niwas. Petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place of recovery.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9482 of 2022(2) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Ist, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 183 of 2021.
