JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, petitioner was caught by the police while he was going on a motor cycle. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that he runs Optical shop and as a matter of fact, one person came at the shop of the petitioner and made proposal for selling the motor cycle and thereafter petitioner took a test drive of the aforesaid motor cycle but unfortunately he was caught by the police. It is further contended by him that petitioner is in jail custody since 11.09.2014 without having any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1485 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 633 of 2014.
