Patna High Court CWJC No.11252 of 2018(3) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 (i) Hero Motorcycle Galamour bearing Registration No. BR06AL0699 to petitioner no.1;
(ii) Hero Motorcycle Glamour bearing Registration No.BR06AL4915 to petitioner no.2;
(iii) (Jeep Taxi) of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Company bearing Registration No.BR30P-2221 to petitioner no.3.
Accordingly, the order dated 27.06.2018 stands modified and all the aforesaid three vehicles are directed to be released on the same terms and conditions as indicated in the order passed on 27.06.2018.
