The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 387 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of demanding Rangdari and also assaulting the opening fire upon the informant by the accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State after perusing

No.19407 of 2021(3) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 the case diary has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the specific allegation of firing is against the petitioner, due to which, the informant sustained gun shot fire arm injury and this fact is also finds support from para no.103 of the case diary.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
