The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, informant suspects that this petitioner along with co-accused persons committed theft of motorcycle of the informant.
It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of co-accused Satnam Sah. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. It is submitted that in the impugned order it is an error of record that petitioner has got five criminal antecedents.
