JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 At the outset the learned senior counsel appearing for the University has submitted that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal before the Hon'ble Chancellor against the order dated 07.11.2017 passed by the University on the basis of the policy decision taken by the Syndicate, which according to the petitioner is not correct.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned senior counsel appearing for the University, the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.12778 of 2018(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Hon'ble Chancellor by filing a detailed representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed off by the Hon'ble Chancellor expeditiously and, if possible, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.
