Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nokha (Dharmpura) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 50.400 liters of liquor was seized.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.7750 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Nokha (Dharampura) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019.
