2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.3018 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/3 (i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to ensure delivery of possession to the petitioner and allow him to construct house over the land measuring 14 Decimal appertaining to Khata 05, Khesara No. 4568 and 4570 situated in village Rajwada P.S.-khanpur, District- Samastipur said to be settled under the Provision of Bihar privilege persons Home tenancy Act 1947.

(ii) To direct the respondents to release the land in question in favour of the petitioner who has been forcibly dispossessed by the private respondents.

(iii) To direct the respondent to remove the structure in the land of the petitioner so that he may construct house.

(iv) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the fact and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the allottee of the disputed land and he has been dispossessed wrongfully and illegally.

4. The petitioner may take the recourse(s) of the alternative remedy, provided under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act.

5. With the aforesaid observation(s), this writ petition stands disposed of.
