JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 The petitioners by way of present writ petition seek direction upon the respondents for promoting them to the post of Class-III from the post of Group-D on the basis of Government Resolution dated 31.03.2011.

It is submitted that despite similarly situated employees being promoted, the petitioners have not been promoted till date and for the said relief they have already filed representation. In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the petitioners to file a representation before the respondent no. 4, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Begusarai within four weeks which shall be disposed off by him within four weeks thereafter by a speaking and reasoned order with due communication to the petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed off.
