The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014, G.R. No. 3816 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 498A/34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. There is allegation of demand and subjecting to cruelty against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014, G.R. No. 3816 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will either keep the informant with due dignity and honour or pay maintenance of Rs.1500/- per month to the informant till any suitable amount will be fixed by the competent court.
