The petitioner is accused in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 392 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the FIR that on the basis of Fradbeyan of informant, Chandan Sharma, Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 392 of 2017 was instituted against unknown but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by spy and thereafter, petitioner was remanded in the present case from Mirganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2017. Further submission is that while informant has detailed the age and physique of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9476 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 culprits but the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade, in fact, petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 392 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
