1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari and/or an appropriate writ for quashing the order dated 26/12/2023 passed by respondent no.-4 (The Commissioner, Tirhut Commissionery, Muzaffarpur) in I.C.D.S. Revision case no.- 110/2021 // 84/2022 (annex-8) "Chinta Kumari vs. Jaimala Kumari & others" by which revision filed by the petitioner has rejected by respondent no.- 4 without considering the fact and circumstances of the case and confirmed the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.2904 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 dated 11/4/2022 passed by respondent no.- 5 and also to set aside the order dated 11/04/2022 (AnnexP-7) passed by respondent no.- 5 in Appeal case no.- 01/2020 "Jaimala vs. State of Bihar & others" by which the respondent no.- 4 has passed order and directed to terminate the petitioner from post of Anganwari Sevika and also directed to re- advertised vacancy for post of Anganwari Sevika in Anganwari center no.- 268, block Kalyanpur, East Champaran and the respondent no.- 5 has also rejected the order dated 22/11/2019 passed by respondent no.-7 without considering the fact of case and law point involve in the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
