The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29769 of 2020 by which the petitioner was granted bail to the satisfaction of 1st A.C.J.M., Gopalganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently due to typographical error, in the prayer portion of the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 29769 of 2020, words "Madhopur O.P. (Barauli) P.S. case No. 109 of 2020" had been

No.16424 of 2021(3) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 typed in place of "Mohammadpur P.S. case No. 109 of 2020 " and as such the same occurred in the last paragraph of order dated 15.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29769 of 2020 also. Let the words "Madhopur O.P. (Barauli) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020" occurring in last paragraph of order dated 15.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29769 of 2020 be corrected to read as "Mohammadpur P.S. case No. 109 of 2020". The order dated 15.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29769 of 2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
