JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.9.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and one other person parked the motorcycle suspected to be stolen one and on being asked they did not produce any paper with regard to the motorcycle.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled only on the basis of suspicion. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.551 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.146 of 2014.
