The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S.Tr.No. 464 of 2015 arising out of Kargahar (Sidhi) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2011 registered under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits F.I.R. is against unknown. It is submitted that one of the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 29.06.2015 but no T.I. Parade has been conducted. It is further submitted that except this case, one of the case for offence under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code is pending against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with S. Tr. No. 464 of 2015 arising out of Kargahar (Sidhi) P.S.Case No. 124 of 2011, subject to condition that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future.
