10-11-2015 Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.Ehteshamuddin, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is in custody in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 367 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case was got registered falsely, as per instance of the brother of petitioner, who was informant of the earlier case i.e. Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 366 of 2015. He submits that falsely, it was alleged that one country-made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since

In view of nature of accusation as well as period of custody, let the petitioner namely Mukesh Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad/concerned court in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
