2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. However, on account of delayed payment no interest has been given to the petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner may file a detailed representation before the concerned authorities.

4. The authorities are directed to pass an appropriate orders. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for interest on delay payment, in that case, they are required to make payment of interest within a period of three weeks.

5. In case the petitioner is not entitled, then a reasoned order may be passed within the aforesaid period.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
