In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 554 of 2014 registered for offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the first information report, the victim had gone to catch the train. By that time, a call from his house, was given to him, but he disconnected the same and gave a call that he is returning back as he could not catch the train. While passing to Akta Nagar road, the informant saw that the accused petitioners were dragging his son and holding in a room. By that time, a lady

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51079 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 closed the door. Allegation has been made that after some time, petitioners and his brother Rahul Sharma came and kept the dead body of the victim in front of the door of informant and thereafter they fled away.

At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
