The informant alleged that his son Pankaj Yadav was verifying account at his shop when eight persons namely Sikandar Yadav, Upendra Yadav, , Jibach Yadav, Sharwan Yadav, Pappu Yadav, Lalit Yadav, Naresh Yadav and Anil Yadav came there and made indiscriminate firing killing the son of the informant at the spot. The informant further alleged that Mithilesh Yadav was standing by the side of the road. It appears that there is no allegation firing on Mithilesh Yadav and he has made accused only on suspicion that he might have conspired. There is no specific allegation of firing against
