Patna High Court CWJC No.16828 of 2017(3) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 Matiyaria, Thana No.458, which has been illegally encroached by the respondents no.7 to 10 and for giving vacant possession to the petitioner after removing the encroachment."
The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the encroachment in question, has already stood removed, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
